Emery Thompson 20qt. Batch Freezer. Very good condition. 3P water cooled

Used and in very good condition.. This machine has only been used for about one year. This is the 2-speed model as then produced by Emery Thompson. I upgraded from this machine to an ET 40QT within a year. I needed the extra volume. That is when the 20QT retired. Now it is up for sale. This machine will do almost as much volume for a fraction of the cost. This machine is perfect for the new business or the established one that just needs more production. The beauty of the ET's machines is the realibilty, never break like the Italian machines. This machine will provide years of endless product and perhaps jump start the next Ben and Jerry's. This is the cleanest used ice cream machine you will ever see.

This 20QT ET is available for a hands on demo if you would like. I have included a few videos to show a batch of vanilla being made on the machine. If you are interested do not wait too long. In this condition it will sell very fast.
