Electro Freeze Slushy and Frozen Slush Beverage Machine 877 for parts as is

This was from a school that closed. I plugged it in and have tried the self clean and freeze modes and I hear it working. I haven't tested it beyond that.

I have never used one and have no idea how to operate it. I was told it was in the cafeteria at the school and it worked as far as they knew before closing. It has some dents here and there(see photos).
