The unit was going to be utilized for an event, but it was cancelled and subsequently hasn't been in operation since being serviced, therefore, none of the new parts listed below have been used. All invoices are available and will be given to new owner along with the original detailed operator's manual/parts list.

There is a complete tune-up kit (X36567) containing new o-rings, seals and gaskets that will be included with sale as well. Floor model 8756 with four casters/wheels - built in April 1992.

Single phase requiring two separate 208-230V/30A power supplies. Two 3.4 quart/3.2L Freezing Cylinders: allows for two flavors and a twist. Mix cabinet in bottom section with two, 9 gallon mix tanks/hoppers. Electronic Controls: Taylor's Softech microprocessor allows for viscosity adjustments consistency of product (more or less air). Refrigeration System: Two, 9,500BTU/hr for freezing cylinders and 1,100BTU/hr for mix cabinet.

Water Cooled: Water inlet and drain connections under side of base ½ FPT. Beaters: Two, 1.5HP motors. The last 3 close-up photos show proper operation of the two freezing cylinders during a test run on 7/30/16.
